RELOCATION EXPENSES ARE NOT PAID FOR THIS POSITION
Primary Responsibilities include 1. Support of the Health & Feminine Care account handlers on the North Central Team and the Shopko Sub Team team, which includes managing customer forms (new items, promotions, etc.), data inquiries/analysis and monthly reports. 2. Support analysis using customer data/NITRO . 3. Shopko team support which includes six month planning sessions, quarterly meeting preparation, monthly reports. There is extensive interaction with the customers buyers and their assistants learning to access the correct individuals at each customer will be important in the role (ie, who to talk to for new item code questions or form questions when the account handler is not accessible). The ability to learn the customers and the account handlers (currently five individuals) will be critical to success in the role. Being able to eventually anticipate account handlers repetitive needs (new item sheets) and working ahead will be critical to success. This role works hand and hand with account handlers in completing their critical tasks. Therefore, prioritizing will be a critical component of the role. Limited travel for meetings.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
Strong initiative and independent work ethic - The role will require commitment to driving projects and work processes to resolution via scoping out the work, getting alignment to key inputs/outputs, and proactively communicating progress/issues.
Detail orientation - The key responsibilities will require very fine attention to detail. The outputs of the work will go directly to the customer. There is a nice blend of routine work mixed with innovative project work and opportunity for learning throughout the year.
Collaboration - Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally. The NC Team is a highly collaborative group and working as a team is highly valued. For this to occur we view collaboration as the key ingredient.
Strong Technical skills in Excel/Advanced Microsoft Office skills, NITRO, PowerPoint, On Demand, EA Workbooks and pivot tables. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and to share and reapply learning to other members of team.
