CAE-General Cust Support Rep 1

Handles medium to high volume of calls, covering full range of customer services in a prompt and professional manner obtaining all information for resolution of transaction.
Answers customer questions regarding billing, service problems, products and features.
Corrects errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary.
Targets customer interests with a variety of product and service offerings.
Prepares work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visits are required and ensures appropriate follow-up procedures are met.
Performs billing and posting of customer accounts.
Resolves delinquent account balances.
Obtains assistance from Coordinator or Supervisor for complex inquiries.
Represents Comcast in professional and positive manner in all situations.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Flexible to work any set schedule between 7AM-11PM, which could include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
High School diploma or the equivalent in work experience and self-study.
Previous customer service/sales experience.
Personal computer knowledge necessary.Ability to work overtime, as needed.
