We are currently inviting resumes for a Business Services Sales Store Support Representative.The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting the Business Services department. Positions responsibilities include but are not limited too:

Provide daily communications of sales programs for management to vendors, retail stores and internal customers.

Process store change requests for orders and quotations

Reviews orders for correct price, product and availability

Process Return of Merchandise requests; ensure returns are within applicable guidelines and policies

Coordinates interaction with Business Services Sales stores and operational entities

Provide reporting for managementJob Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates will need:
High School and two to three years of related administrative experience involving order processing, data entry, or sales administration activities and customer contact; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The ability to multi-task, superior phone etiquette and EXCELLENT customer service skills.The individual we seek will be self-motivated and possess a professional demeanor. This position involves communication with stores, vendors and internal customers on a daily basis.
