If you join our team, you will be too.Purpose of Position:Responsible for the performing the system administrative functions for Network Applications. Support Network application end-users by providing Level II issue resolution.Essential Functions:Conduct the system administrative functions of application maintenance.Ensure necessary documentation exists and provide updates were needed.Complete accurate system setup(s).Communicate completion of tasks to necessary parties and document final status
Establish and maintain positive relationships with Network Territories, Network Services, IST, Client Services, Sales and Marketing and other business units to promote communication, provide exchange of business user requirements, and set acceptable expectations for deliverables.Communicate with internal contacts regarding application availability, modifications or problems
Responsible for notifying Corporate Communications of any system issues impacting on-line users. This includes issue definition, resolution plan and assisting with drafting corporate notificationsStrives to identify product deficiencies and improve technical processes impacting customer deliverables and servicesWork with internal departments to ensure awareness of issue and determine corrective actionNotify necessary parties when system availability or functionality is restored
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Required:Bachelors Degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of work experience and technical trainingMinimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in a technical production or applications support/customer service capacity.Superior customer service skillsUnderstanding of physicians and facilities applicationsAbility to think creativelyAnalytical and interpretation skillAbility to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to influence cross functional team members at various levels of expertiseProficiency in problem analysis, issue resolution, organization, planning and time managementClear and concise verbal and written communication skillDesired :Prior experience working on a cross functional project teamPrior experience guiding junior staffBusiness Systems Analyst skillsAbility to decipher user system specifications and review/discuss request with customers.Knowledge of Healthcare Business SystemsPHCS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits which include major medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and a generous paid time off plan.PHCS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
