PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Determine coverage, extent of liability, reasonable value and comparative liability recognition and ability to negotiate settlements.Properly collect data, statements, and documentation with quality and accuracy.
Understand legal and medical terminology and process.
Familiar with various venues, discuss claims with insured, defense counsel and claims manager.
Corresponds with agents, insured, lien holders, law enforcement officials, and internal departments. REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in non-standard auto
Computer literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Minimum: two (2) to three (3) yrs BI experience.1-2 years related PD experience
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus, but not required. REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum 2 years of collegeCOMPENSATION
