Using various systems and applications, representative is responsible for providing troubleshooting assistance to customers to determine why the service, equipment or feature is inoperable in the local network or in a roaming scenario. Services include: Wireless, Paging, Wireless Internet, and various wireless features. Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.Minimum Annual Pay: $27,100.00
Minimum Hourly Pay: $13.03There is no relocation package offered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:Type at least 45 wpm. Excellent computer skills and customer service skills, knowledge of clerical accounting for purchase/credit transaction, good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to retain detailed information, complex problem solving skills, good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, holidays and weekends.Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience:2-5 years total experience; 1-2 years customer service or call center experience.Qualifications:1-2 years technical support experience.
