Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Assistant

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour A company in Rancho Cucamonga is looking for a bilingual Spanish Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter. Job duties will entail recruiting and training for production hourly positions, handling new employee orientation and paperwork, interviewing, searching through various resources to recruit, posting ads, and general Human Resources tasks as assigned. Requirements include 1+ year experience in a Human Resources department in an office environment, good interpersonal skills, good communication skills (written/verbal), intermediate to advanced software skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
