Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $11 to $12 per hour San Antonio Roofing Company is in search of a Front Desk Coordinator. Qualified candidate will:1.Answers 8-line phone line from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
2.Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, job candidates and customers.
3.Routes incoming electronic faxes throughout the day.
4.Provides office support for sales representatives and various departments.
5.Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including data entry, word processing and Internet research tasks.
6.Opens and distributes mail every morning.
7.Scans and routes documents using Laser fiche software.
8.Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
9.Good communications abilities are essential.
10.Coordinate overnight packages and logs all incoming mail and deliveries.
11.Responsible for addressing and mailing out monthly employee birthday cards.
12.Responsible for keeping office forms and shipping supplies in stock including organization of such forms and supplies.
13.Ensures outgoing mail is metered accurately.
14.Orders company shirts.
15.Proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
16.Bilingual in Spanish (This is a must!)
17.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
18.Maintains professional appearance.
