Bilingual Insurance Representative Trainees - Current Customer Care Associates


Veritude is looking for bilingual Insurance Representative Trainees on behalf of 21st Century Insurance in Brea, CA. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their automotive insurance. There will be paid training to pass a state automotive insurance exam (Property & Casualty / Fire & Casualty) and obtain a license - if not already licensed. This position has very competitive wages and 10 different shifts that cover all seven days of the week.


Shift differential plus weekend bonus can increase the pay by 15-50% per hour.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:

~ Learn the insurance industry through a comprehensive paid training program and become a licensed insurance representative
~ Communicate with current auto policyholders in an inbound call center environment
~ Assist policy holders with requests for policy changes, renewals, coverage verification
~ Explain policy contracts, surcharges and rate adjustments
~ Respond to inquires regarding billing procedures and successfully process payments
~ Effectively comprehend underwriting guidelines


Qualifications:

~ Fluent in both English and Spanish
~1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
~ Proven track record of job stability and commitment to providing excellent customer service
~ Great communication skills
Strong PC skills
~ Ability to pass a state mandated state licensing examination (training provided, and paid for in full by company)
