Bilingual Customer Service Call Center Rep
Uline, a leading distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, currently seeks Bilingual Customer Service Representatives due to tremendous growth at their Eagan, MN distribution center, located 15 minutes south of Saint Paul and 25 minutes southeast of Minneapolis.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Process 100 – 150 customer orders per day via phone, fax, and internet in a 25-seat inbound call center

Assist in handling/translating Spanish calls and communications

Answer product, pricing, and availability inquiries

Submit quotes on quantity/custom items and research orders

Professional phone manner and ability to work independently in a call center environment

Typing speed of 30 wpm

1 - 2 years prior customer service experience preferred
