Job Description

Todays Staffing currently has openings for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, with call center or customer service experience to work for the State of Virginia in the Virginia Enrollment Broker Services and the Virginia Medicare Program. These positions are temporary-to-permanent opportunities located in downtown Richmond, VA. Parking is paid at $5 a day. Pay starts at $11.98 with opportunity for increase and advancement within company. Full-time and part-time opens are available and hours of operation are from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Great benefits are offered as well, they include are listed below. Client will start interviewing last 2 weeks in September, for a start date of October 2, 2006. Job Description: Candidates must have excellent organization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills. Qualified candidates will be Bilingual in the Spanish/English language. Also must have the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Must be computer literate with the ability to work as a team member as well as independently. Preferred qualifications include experience dealing with the public; experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse, and disadvantaged population in a courteous and effective manner, and fluency in commonly spoken languages. Company is located in downtown Richmond, Virginia.

Job Requirements

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Responds to and manages Help-Line calls, provides responses to questions, and refers callers in the event of problems or concerns. Assists clients in choosing a managed care plan. Maintains updates knowledge of the Virginia Enrollment Broker Services Project and the Virginia Medicaid Program. Maintains updates knowledge of managed car plans that are available to clients. Performs data entry as required. Along with other duties as may be assigned by management. Reports any issues, concerns, and/or problems to the Lead Enrollment Service Representative. Assists clients in enrolling/disenrolling in managed care plans.This is a temporary to permanent job opportunity and benefits are offered.
