Bilingual Customer Service Consultant

Bilingual(English/Spanish)Customer Service Consultant

Infinity Insurance Company, a fast growing national provider of automobile insurance; seeks Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for it's local office in Las Colinas.

This is a call center position that is inbound call intensive and will primarily assist Spanish speaking customers and agents with questions regarding policies.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Bilingual(Spanish/English)proficiency
* Six months job experience w/ heavy customer interaction
* PC proficiency in Windows environment
* Typing skills of 25wpm and at least 95% accuracy
* Excellent problem solving skills
* High School diploma/GED - but some college helpful

We offer an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition assistance program, paid vacation, holiday and sick time, and business casual attire.

The hours for this position are M-F 11:30am - 8:00pm with occasional Saturdays 7:30am - 4:00pm.

The pay for this position is $14.35 per hr.
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual(Spanish/English)proficiency.

Typing of 25+wpm and 5% or less error rate.

PC proficiency in Windows environment
