Join our Bilingual gate takes 70% Spanish and 30 % English calls. Excellent salary plus language and evening differentials. Our inbound Customer Service Representatives assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May research issues or transfer to a research function. May involve cross selling or up selling of other financial products. Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity. Generally has more than 1 year of experience. Very comprehensive and through training course. Part-time 25 hrs per week, with opportunity for additional hours weekly. Schedules are 6 am to noon and 3:30 - 8:30pm Candidates must work Saturday 8:30 - 2pm with Sundays and Tues off. Very Competitive salary. Class starts 10/16/06

Must be Bilingual, Spanish/English to apply .

REQUIREMENTS


In order to be minimally qualified you must have 1-2 years customer Service experience and speak Fluent Spanish. Call Center experience is a plus! Please cut and paste your resume to your profile.



Displays excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle escalated customer calls in a highly satisfactory manner; ability to identify customer needs by probing, listening, and closing to deepen relationships to meet customer's goals. . Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to exercise good judgment in decision making. Displays high motivation and is considered a self starter. Demonstrates attention to detail and has excellent organizational skills. Exceptional problem solving skills; experience using computers to enter and retrieve information from a database.
