W&SFG promotes a stable, fulfilling and challenging environment with an emphasis on excellence and continued career development.The Branch Office Analyst reviews and follows up on several field financial reports related to balancing the office cash on a daily basis and the monthly bank statements in branch offices. Executes a variety of administrative duties associated with testing, hiring, payroll and termination of branch office clerical personnel. Inputs all personnel information into the Payroll Personnel System for branch office clerical associates. Researches and approves/rejects branch office requests to issue checks for amounts greater than established minimum in accordance with company guidelines. Assists branch office associates in resolving discrepancies and problem cases with variety of associates from departments within the home office. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis.
II.Position Responsibilities
Reviews various financial reports on a daily basis to ensure branch office cash and open items are balanced on a daily basis. Records and works with Division Supervisors to research discrepancies in balances. Analyzes monthly open item reports and coordinates efforts between branch office and home office associates to clear up old open items and outstanding NSF checks. Reviews applications and test papers to determine qualifications of applicants for clerical positions in branch offices. Refers to department management for approval.
Inputs personnel data for new hires, terminations, absences and vacations to process bi-weekly payroll for branch office clerical associates via the Payroll Personnel System.
Determines and communicates salary increases according to salary tables and inputs to the Payroll Personnel System.
Responsible for keeping personnel records current, keying name and address changes, transfers, promotions, etc. into the Payroll Personnel System.
Develops clear and precise communication between branch office and home office associates via e-mail, wizard mail, electronic mail and telephone.
Performs other duties as assigned by management..
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
Prior experience and proficiency and comfort level working with numbers. Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling demanding situations.
Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner.
Demonstrated experience working independently. Experience must include identifying and resolving problems where independent decision-making and initiative were demonstrated.
Proven experience adapting and demonstrating flexibility associated with changes to policies and procedures.
Must provide examples of consistently meeting productivity and quality goals from work experience.
High School Diploma/GED.
