BENFEFITS SPECIALIST

Be involved in some of the most important benefits an employee receives.........their payroll and insurance!!

In addition to assisting with processing the bi-weekly payroll, you'll be the primary contact for several key benefit programs for C&A's employees.

Assist the Benefits & Insurance Directors with day-to-day responsibilities in the following areas:
Payroll
Benefits enrollment for non-medical temporary employees (health, dental & life plans)
COBRA enrollments processing
Maintain in-house personnel files

1-2 years of payroll experience is required, with some benefits experience.
This position also requires customer service background as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. In addition, candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and typing. Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus!
