Assoc Director of Enrollment

Under minimal supervision, this position assists in directing and overseeing the campus recruitment process and enrollment activities. This position ensures enrollment management team and staff meet campus enrollment goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
A thorough knowledge of business, marketing or communications as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Three to four years of progressively responsible experience in a sales and marketing environment.

Proven experience participating in the development and implementation of training programs and activities, as well as department goals and objectives, as described above.

Must have proven experience in a progressively responsible capacity managing department programs and activities in conjunction with established goals and objectives, as described above.

Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats to marketing and enrollment personnel to perform the functions above, using standard enrollment terms.

Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and convey a professional image to prospective students and the corporate community.

Must be results oriented and able to direct or manage multiple activities, programs, and/or projects.
