Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager leads the sales floor by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store and progressing through the company training program in preparation for a Store Manager position.

Manager Trainee

The Manager Trainee will work to gain proficiency with sales techniques through training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent will also learn store procedures while developing leadership potential in preparation for an Assistant Manager position.

Office Manager

The Office Manager manages the daily operations of the office and office associates by providing the guidance and leadership necessary to assist the store in achieving sales and profit goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Assistant Manager

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.

Manager Trainee

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.

Office Managers

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of office experience. Prefer previous supervisory experience. Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required. Strong communication and organizational skills required.
