ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
We are seeking a pro-active and team oriented individual to join our Personal Lines Department! This ideal candidate will be responsible for:
•Supervision of assigned staff of up to 15 employees by coordinating the processing of work per the established procedures of the department.
•Training of staff on departmental procedures, systems applications, etc. (gives orientation to new hires or assigns new hires to experienced employees for training)
•Responsible for employee performance reviews
•Personally maintains certain assigned accounts
•Addresses conflicts and resolves problems with employees
•Motivates, develops and maintains harmony among the staff.
•Liaison between staff and upper mgmt, other department heads and producers.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7 years experience at an Account Executive level; with 3 years in a supervisory role
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
AMS Sagitta experience a big plus!
