Southwestern College is seeking a multi task oriented individual with excellent administrative skills to join our campus located in the Tri County area of Cincinnati, Ohio.The primary function of the position will be to provide administrative support to the Director in all clerical, accounting, payroll and collections functions as well as other areas as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
•Knowledge of accounting policies/procedures
•Experience working in A/P; A/R and Payroll
•Ability to multi-task
•Documented success in present position
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•MS Office proficiency
•Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
•Able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information
