Will assist the overall Department Manager with the profitability, control, and direction of HDR's West Palm Beach office. Controls the activities of all personnel and services within the assigned office. Responsibilities include: 1) Selecting, training and developing technical personnel, 2) Managing business operations in order to achieve profitability and growth, 3) Managing and developing multi-discipline teams, 4) Adhering to and enforcing HDR's QA/QC Program, 5) Developing and sustaining client relationships, in cooperation with the Marketing Program Manager, 6) Implementing, monitoring and enforcing company policy, 7) Working cooperatively with National and Regional Directors, and 8) Functioning as a Project Manager when required. The preferred candidate must demonstrate broad-based technical, management, and business experience in Southeast Florida. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to participate in and influence growth in one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the U.S.Keywords:

REQUIREMENTS
BS in engineering or related field of study. 15+ years experience in engineering consulting with a successful track record of marketing, project management, staff management and client satisfaction. Florida A&E experience is required.
