Assistant Bakery Manager/Pastry Chef
Ensure that all bakery operations are handled properly and per company policy on a per shift basis. Assist the Bakery Manager with interviewing, hiring, training and developing associates within the department. Ensure excellent customer service standards. Ensure quality of products meet or exceed company standards. Assists Bakery Manager in overseeing bakery production, merchandising, etc.
Pastry Chef: Must ensure Nino Salvaggio Markets Customer Service Standards are followed, per company customer service standards, properly prepares and displays all pastry items.
