Area Sales Manager

Ultimate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a professional Area Sales Manager, overseeing sales and operations for multiple Detroit Metro Area Wireless retail stores.
This position will lead the Store Manager and Sales Associate team members through effective coaching, development, motivation, and leadership. In addition, the Area Manager will over see and assist in customer service issues, scheduling, hiring, training, recruiting, succession planning, and all operational reporting and documentation tasks.
This is a position for experienced multi-unit or high volume, big-box retail sales managers.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on sales team leader with a positive attitude that can produce results by training, directing, and motivating sales staff.

To be considered, applicants must possess at least five years retail experience, with a minimum of three years as a high volume, multi-unit manager.
Experience with MS Office and DOS systems (over all technical aptitude desired).
A professional, positive personality, with the desire to be successful.
Ability to successfully manage personnel in a positive manner.
Possess exceptional team building, organizational, sales and closing skills.
Wireless experience preferred.
Local travel will be required.

Successful experience managing a multi-unit retail chain is REQUIRED.
