Area Recruiter Trainer (Part-time)
WIS International is currently looking for an entry level, part-time recruiter trainer to work in our Omaha, Nebraska office. We are one of the largest inventory services in the world with 200 offices throughout the US, Canada, Latin and South America, Europe and Asia.
Under the close supervision of the Area Manager, this position exists to develop and execute a tactical staffing and training plan aligned with the office goals which encompasses all aspects of the staffing/training processes such as sourcing, recruiting, selection, cross training and analyzing turnover to improve production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. In partnership with management, formulate a proactive recruiting and training plan by observing staffing, recruiting and training practices in the Field, maintaining a minimum 95% staffing level and tracking/communicating monthly turnover during the first 16 hours of employment.
2. Participate in the New Inventory Associates Training Program by training and evaluating newly hired Inventory Associates, monitoring trainees production, and providing training recommendations to management.
3. Recruit new employees by advertising positions, screening resumes/applications, interviewing applicants, arranging interviews for hiring managers, making hiring reommendations, conducting reference checks and background investigations and
extending offers of employment.
4. Develop and maintain professional relationships by networking with colleges and universities, community organizations, governmental/employment agencies and
participating in job and career fairs.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Business Administration or related curriculum strongly preferred. Requires knowledge and understanding of human resource principles and laws as they relate to recruitment & placement. Strong interpersonal and written skills required.
