As an Area Operations Manager in the Southeast Region, you will be the primary interface between PBMS and it's customers on all matters by maintaining high levels of client contact, especially at the executive level. You will also be expected to: develop relationships with customers to understand their perception of our services and their needs; identify and correct deficiencies; provide operating expertise and guidance to Customer Operations Managers on matters regarding staffing, operations, quality, and customer care; maximize potential for contract renewals by addressing service and pricing issues; capitalize on new or expanded services opportunities and achieve account(s) revenue and profitable budgets.

REQUIREMENTS
Pitney Bowes seeks an individual with proven customer relationship building and negotiation skills. This individual must have previous experience managing financial goals related to revenue and profitability of a minimum monthly revenue of $110K. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 years proven leadership managing a minimum of 30 employees in a high volume, digital production environment preferably in the banking industry, while placing emphasis on quality
Minimum 5 years experience in a management role, managing frontline, supervisory, and management level individuals required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven analytical skills
Planning, prioritization and organizational skills
Project management skills
Excellent conflict and resolution management skills
Understanding of P/L statement required
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time required
Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, and Fulfillment experience a plus
Undergraduate degree preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt or MBA a plus
