As an Area Sales Administrator, you will conduct administrative tasks, as needed, for the Area Business Director and Area Development Manager in support of the business unit objectives. You will create and generate computer presentations for various area functions, and will be responsible for comprehensive meeting planning. You will handle all information relevant to new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations, as well as be responsible for the maintenance of all appropriate employee files. You will resolve problems, and will support District Managers and Field Sales Personnel with all Human Resources and Sales related needs. You will maintain product, correspondence, personnel, and report files for the area, and will administer various internal databases and systems. This individual must be able to prioritize work and accomplish tasks with moderate supervision. Must possess excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; be customer-focused and the ability to excel in a team environment.

The detail-oriented individual will possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 3 -5 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Company Email Systems (such as Outlook, Lotus Notes or Groupwise) are required.

This position is based in Newport Beach, CA and relocation will not be provided.
