Apartment Property Manager

Property Manager for 500+ unit apartment community in Burien, Washington. Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years apartment management experience on 400 or more units. Excellent team supervision and motivation, organizational skills and familiarity with financial reporting required. This position will involve extensive marketing, resident relations and supervision of a large maintenance crew. Bilingual would be very helpful, but not required. Knowledge of Yardi software and Microsoft applications preferred. We offer excellent starting salary, bonus program and benefits. Position available immediately.
