Property: 2250-Avenue Carriage CrossingJob Summary:Provides quality customer service to tenants, customers and property management team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, appropriately handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and customer traffic, managing sales transactions, coordinating events and assisting with the roll-out of programs and services. Must be competent and confident in interactions with all levels of employees internal and external to the Company.
Description of Responsibilities
Responsible for providing customer service throughout the Center by providing information and fielding phones calls in a friendly, professional manner, with the ability to take messages, forward calls, answer requests, provide directions and assist with problem resolution for customers, tenants and the property management team
Responsible for the management of sales transactions
Selling The Avenue Visa Gift Card with a comprehensive understanding of the terms/conditions, processing requirements, accounting and reporting procedures and requirements (daily and monthly), web purchasing, banking, etc.
Responsible for knowledge regarding store mix and merchandise mix
Distribution of store catalogs, coupons and general information between tenants and customers
Distribution of memos and/or communication between Property Manager and Tenants
Distribution of promotional items
Participate with coordinating special programs, events and holiday promotions
Act as 'eyes and ears' to the General Manager and Marketing Manager in his/her absence, communicating to him/her any operational issues; i.e., porters, security, store personnel, and customers
Other projects as assigned and functions as required for the efficient and effective operation of the property management officeKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (Minimum Requirements): Must a High School Dipolma Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills, disciplined, with attention to detail Have the ability to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to work weekend, evening and holiday hours Professional, energetic, self-starter Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work with little or no supervision: meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, provide recommendations and effectively communicate updates to management team Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, exercising diplomacy Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally Ability to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information REQUIREMENTS
