DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, multi-task and problem solve. Excellent verbal and written English communications skills, second language a plus. Ability to project a positive attitude over the telephone. Spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service. Computer skills required. Typing skills: minimum speed-20 wpm accurately. Good organizational and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Flexible schedule.
