Advanced Customer Service Support

HealthStream (NASDAQ: HSTM) is a leading provider of learning solutions for the healthcare industry with approximately 1.3 million subscribers using its products and services has an immediate opening for an Advanced Customer Service Support person to support hospitals and other healthcare provider customers. This position provides technical and general operational support to customer’s who use HealthStream’s learning solutions. The Advanced Customer Service Support person must work to address customers' needs and efficiently resolve customer issues to ensure their satisfaction with HealthStream's platform, products, and support.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates are highly customer-driven, motivated, organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. MUST have 2-3 years of tier two level, technical troubleshooting customer service experience in a call center environment. Healthcare industry experience highly desirable.
