Administrator/Clerk - Town of Buchanan

Administrator/Clerk – Town of Buchanan (Est. pop. 6,709) Located along the rapidly growing State Highway 441 corridor in the south-east corner of Outagamie County, WI. Starting salary 55K to 70K, DOQ, plus benefits. This is a newly created position. Buchanan has a five member board elected on a non-partisan basis, 1.7 million dollar budget and 6 to 8 employees. Qualified candidates will have a degree in Public Administration-Masters preferred, Urban Planning or related field, three to five years local government administrative experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Must have thorough knowledge of local government operations and financial management, demonstrated leadership ability, excellent interpersonal skills along with strong problem solving skills.
