Administrative Support (Andover, MA)


Job Description

1) Secretarial and Administrative support for a staff of 4-5, including Marketing Directors,Research Scientist, and VP of Marketing when he's in Andover. You will also support visiting team members when necessary, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling and travel management.
2) Outstanding PC skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes. Need to be familiar with basic web search engines.
3) Expense, invoice, budget tracking. Generation of Professional Service Agreements and Purchase Orders
4) Work independently and as a team player supporting other Assistants during peak periods
5) Multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills are critical to success
6) Experience with scheduling travel both domestically and internationally
7) A positive and professional manner must be maintained excercising confidentially and discretion at all times.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similiar role.
Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
Positive professional manner
Must be able to set priorites, mulitask and follow through to completion
Experience screening and creating business correspondence
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with multiple personalities
Must be able to work some overtime and travel on occassion
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior marketing experience preferred
