Deloitte Services LP is currently looking for an Administrative Services Professional in the Louisville, KY office. This individual will provide the following administrative tasks but not limited to the following:
Receptionist
Prepare, organize and maintain the office's records management system which includes tracking files and ensuring documentation is completed
Sort and Distribute mail
Provide back-up support to other administrative team members during absences or high volume workload periods
Other various administrative responsibilities, as necessary
Requirements:
Comfortable in high stress/demanding environment
Capable of lifting records boxes (25-30 lbs)
Ability to
work with multiple priorities
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong data entry skills and PC skills
Strong attention to detail
2-3 years strong interpersonal/customer service skills
2 years similar experience in a customer service related role, preferred but not required
This is a Non-exempt position therefore it is eligible for overtime, which is occasional or as needed. This position is responsible for after hour requests for records. DURING THE WEEKDAYS OF BUSY SEASON THIS INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO BE FLEXIBLE AND AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME IF NEEDED.
