Administrative Promotions Coordinator

Seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, reliable multi-tasker to be an Administrative Promotions Coordinator in the Lake Mary area. The qualified candidate must have advanced technology and computer skills. Responsibilities include administering and analyzing database entries, coordinating multiple ongoing marketing projects from start to finish, and client communication via phone and e-mail.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must:
•Possess exceptional technology skills
•Have superior communication and listening skills
•Have exceptional skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and desktop publishing
•Posses the ability to quickly learn new computer operations
•Demonstrate strong coordination skills
•Complete projects from beginning to end with little or no supervision
•Be a proactive self-starter
