Administrative Project Assistant - Carlsbad CA
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Project Assistant to work with our Southern California Construction and Development Group. The successful applicant will bring a multi-discipline experience and strong real estate background to this position.

Highlights of primary responsibilities include:
(1) Provide routine administrative support to Construction Development Services Group, which will include:
Expense report, mail and Outlook calendar management.
Research, analyze, measure and organize data for reports and proposals.
Attendance at Group staff meetings and maintain meeting notes.
(2) Manage Group project details, which will include:
Accounting tasks which include payables, preliminary budget prep, building cost analysis, loan closing due diligence, and other support as directed.
Document inventory, to include blueprints.
Oversight and liaison which may include punch list follow-up, tenant liaison and in-house subcontracting, and special projects as business needs arise.
Schedules, approvals, and produce monthly project status reports.
(3) Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls with appropriate support information.
(4) Coordinate all travel arrangements as needed for members of Development Services group.
(5) Provide administrative support for group VP as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a "team player" attitude complimenting a minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience working for senior level executives. Four year degree with working experience in real estate industry desired.
Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including letter and report composition.
Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite applications, with special emphasis on Word, Project, Excel (Intermediate level), and PowerPoint.
High level of organization and attention to detail; ability to conduct research, quantify, and develop summary report of analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, plan, organize, coordinate projects and meet deadlines, all with discretion, tact, and service orientation.
