Full Job Title: Administrative Manager, Financial Services - North Atlantic RegionUBS is a leading global financial services firm. By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job will involve supporting Financial Advisory – Wealth Management Branches in our North Atlantic Region with new hires and new accounts. You will manage new hire orientation and new hire process for all employees, new recruits and teams. You will serve as the primary Administrative Management support resource to Administrative Assistants and Branch Office Managers (BOMs) for the recruiting process, and will coordinate new recruit welcome package and align/direct appropriate resources as needed. Additionally, you will help with new account documentation for recruits, and provide training for support positions as well as on-site support. You will need to be a trouble-shooter and a problem solver. Your position will require you to help develop Branch policies, procedures and standards. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience. You should have 3-5 years of experience in the Securities industry, preferably in Financial Services. You should possess Series 7, 9, 10, and state licenses. You are highly proficient in various Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. You must have strong knowledge of Financial Services Branch operational procedures and networks, and have business and market knowledge. To be successful in your new role, you must be a problem solver, be detail-oriented and have the ability to handle pressure. You will also need strong communication and listening skills and a positive attitude. A two to five year commitment is required. Please note that Limited Travel is required.
