Job Responsibilities
Report and provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer in budget preparation, office systems and the provision of Human Resources and Office Services to staff.

This new position will be responsible for Human Resources services in the areas of employee orientations, benefits enrollment, recruitment and employee relations. Human Resources responsibilities also encompass maintenance of employee and independent contractor files, monthly group insurance processing, electronic and manual resume/application retention and retrieval, recruitment skills testing, coordination of job descriptions, and preparation of annual Performance Appraisal forms.

Office Services responsibilities include the telephone network, office equipment maintenance and usage, office supplies inventory, timely response to employee service order requests, facilities management and vendor bids and comparative analysis for equipment and furniture.

Qualifications Needed:
-- High School diploma required with secretarial and business school courses or an Associate’s Degree highly preferred.
-- One to two years’ office experience preferably in Human Resources or Office Services
-- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word Processing and the Internet with working knowledge of office equipment operation.
-- Independent self-starter with very good organizational and interpersonal skills.
-- Quick learner with the ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively and efficiently.
