Administrative Director of Radiology

Bring your talent to SVCMC!Our radiology and nuclear medicine department is responsible for performing approximately 135,000 procedures annually. The department is currently embarking on several exciting service enhancement projects including PACS and CR upgrades.
Along with leading these mission critical initiatives the director will be responsible for:
developing both short and long term strategies to enhance service
quality and performance improvement endeavors.Additional responsibilities include:
developing and managing the operational and capital budget
ensuring full compliance with regulatory policiesthe development of an effective, collaborative quality driven workforce team.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
A minimum of a Master’s in Health Care Administration or related field is required
plus at least 7 years progressive management experience in a full service Radiology Department is required.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills essential.
