Administrative Clerk Sr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Types various documents as needed, including some confidential documents going to external clients
·May function as back-up for general clerical support to department Admin Assistant
·Files documents in an orderly fashion
·Answers department telephones in a timely manner
·Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management
·Conforms to, supports and enforces all Company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
·Minimum one year general office experience
·Ability to use basic software packages, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
·Strong data entry skills
·Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude
·Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
·Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
·Ordering and distributing office supplies, forms, business cards, etc.
·Ordering and maintaining toner for copiers, fax machines and printers
·Distributing departmental reports, mail, etc.
·Assisting with scheduling, payroll and reporting functions within WFM
·Inputting data in Blue Pumpkin scheduling and forecasting software
·Maintaining Contact Center team listing, employee contact information, phone listings, etc.
·Ordering items for Contact Center activities, events, celebrations, etc.
·POC for reporting copier and printer issues/outages
·Creating various departmental certificates and awards (i.e., High Five, Nifty Fifty)
·Maintaining employee mail boxes
·Coordinating new hire supplies, graduation packages, etc.
·Ordering and distributing new hire 90-day KCI team member shirts
·Providing data entry support within WFM
·Assisting with attendance tracking and file maintenance in Blue Pumpkin and Kronos
·Providing back up support to the front-desk receptionist, and other WFM team members
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
·High School diploma or equivalent
·One or more years experience in a clerical or administrative role
·Working knowledge of all business equipment (i.e., fax machines, copiers, scanners)
·PC skills with general understanding of Centerview & Blue Pumpkin software
·Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Access and MS Excel software
·Excellent telephone skills
·Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships
·Achieves passing scores on pre-employment testing
·Demonstrates willingness and ability to participate in all required training programs
·Ability to work effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of external and internal customers
·Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
·Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of external and internal customers
·Demonstrates flexibility in work shift to meet department needs
·Type 35 wpm
·Strong 10 key/data entry skills
