Hours: Per Week 40.00

Shft: DaysJob Description:Accurate and timely completion of all physician/provider credentialing, new physician/provider, insurance companies, hospital(s), state and federal agencies.
Coordinate all time and attendance (i.e.: DDI) records for identified personnel, addresses corresponding payroll issues in a timely manner and insures all payroll adjustment paperwork is accurately completed. Completes, monitors all required Human Resources personnel forms for identified staff, maintains accurate form files and assists employees with appropriate information and paperwork completion. Records messages accurately and legibly, messages distributed promptly to the appropriate person and location. Accurately tracks monthly census, revenue, productivity, physician outside income and physician/provider vacation and CME hours. Acts as a liaison between the administrator, operations directors, staff and physician/provider.Experience
Computer, accounting, clerical/business with customer service emphasis. One or
more years experience in an ambulatory health care setting is preferred.Education/Licensure
Community/Business College Administrative Assistant Certification is
required. Associate of Arts or Applied Science Degree in Administrative Assistant or Medical Office Technology is preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of: computer and its applications, organizational skills, phone systems, typing/keyboarding, alpha/numeric filing system, cash handling, customer service, to include telephone etiquette, office equipment, organizational policies, regulations and procedures, risk management, quality improvement and insurance protocols.
