Posting Job DescriptionProvide one-on-one administrative/secretarial support to the Regional Vice President of Marketing in addition to staff support for the senior Marketing management team. Responsible for communicating on the department's behalf both internally and externally.MAJOR JOB DUTIES- Coordinate all aspects of administration for the Regional Vice President of Marketing in addition to the six Vice Presidents in the areas of Programming, Product Management, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Marketing Communications (MarCom), and Analytics. - Coordinate office management. Order and maintain supplies, office access/keys and coordinate the purchasing and replacement of all office equipment, etc.- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, special functions (i.e., department holiday party and management offsites) and special projects.- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, typing, and bookkeeping.- Evaluate office production and office procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.- Prepare organizational budget, monthly financial and operational reports and various types of correspondence.- Communicate with corporate/system personnel, the public (including customers), vendors, and cable system personnel by phone, in person and in writing. - Provide secretarial support including typing, filing, making photocopies, organizing, distributing mail, scheduling, operating office equipment.- Oversee the maintenance of office and kitchen area.
