Administrative Assistant to Finance & OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to Finance & Operations to join our team in Raleigh, NC.Job Responsibilities:Works collectively with members of the accounting/finance group and supply chain group, maintenance of documentation and coordinating of activities for the groups.Reads and routes incoming mail.Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by professionals. Controls, monitors and maintains records electronically and hard copy.Assures that time lines are met regarding time sensitive correspondence. Composes and types routine correspondence.Works collectively and cooperatively with peers to create a successful office administration effort.Answers and screens manager's telephone calls and arranges conference calls.Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments.Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings if needed.Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
The above mentioned responsibilities and essential duties would generally be performed in an office setting utilizing computer based programs and other tools and means of effective communications. REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:High School Graduate with college or technical school training; five to ten years related experience as an assistant to senior level executives.Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Internet software and Database software skills are required. Self starter with initiative.Great organizational skills and oral and written communication skills. Familiar with handling confidential matters and materials.Please Apply Online!
