Administrative Assistant to CEO

Administrative Assistant to CEO of Medical Office.

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a progressively responsible office/business position. Preferably in a health care setting.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

Assists the CEO as follows:

**Assist CEO in all clerical and office needs; general office support as needed or directed by CEO
**Strong Microsoft office expertise – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail Merge knowledge extremely helpful
**Maintain mailing lists
**Communicate with the Board and prepare for Board meetings
**Maintain calendar for CEO
**Keep official bulletin board in compliance with state and federal laws
**Handles external and internal communications for CEO, Medical Director, Finance Director and physicians when needed.
**Handles dictation and typing when needed.
**Short term problem solving when CEO and Medical Director are not available.
**Coordinate special events, mailings, etc. as needed.
**Responsible for credentialing of doctors – for both insurance companies and hospitals
**Be able to easily learn software as needed
**Maintain files for easy access by CEO
**Maintain Authorized leave and vacation forms and make appropriate notations on calendars


Other Duties:
**Assist staff at ACHR-In daily contact with staff, provide appropriate direction, and inform CEO of any major problem areas.
**Maintain Office Calendar with meetings, etc. which are relevant to ACHR staff
