Administrative Assistant/Training Coordinator

Coordinate the program logistics as you liaise with conference services and media services as you assist with the logistics of setting up small and large training sessions at major global investment banking company. Update all training materials and distribute to the attendees,manage all aspects of invoice processing to ensure accurate allocations to appropriate departments,and other special projects. Will also support the regional heads administratively which includes calendar management and travel coordination. Must have excellent organizational as well as interpersonal and analytical skills, able to multi task and be a self starter and flexible to work overtime as required. strong MS Office skills and experience out of a major company or investment firm a must. Opportunity for someone who is considering a career in training and development.
