And in everything we do, we strive for honesty, fairness and integrity.”Primary Responsibilities: This position provides clerical and administrative support to the SoBe VP, Operation Manager, Category Manager, Regional Sales Managers, Energy Sales Managers.
Duties include: Prepare quality customized customer sales presentations. Prepare daily correspondence. Extensive calendar and meeting coordination across divisions. Maintain departmental budget. Coordinate travel plans & prepare monthly T&E Report, also route invoices as needed. Send e-mail, coordinate fax distributions for department. Organize & maintain departmental files & supplies. Distribution of mail & phone coverage. Coordination of both on-site & off-site team meetings. Assist in preparation of any required sales trade shows. Organize/execute on-boarding process for new hires/transferees. Provide coverage for support staff in group and special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Specific Skills and/or Previous Experience Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management and with external customers. Proven track record in supporting Sr. level managers. Experience in prioritizing work and effort made to anticipate manager's needs. Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent follow-up skills, attention to details / accuracy. Ability to work well under tight deadlines. Handles work priorities when executive is out of office with a heavy travel schedule.
Software Packages Needed: Very extensive knowledge and experience with Power Point and other graphics programs. Advanced knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel, Word. Advanced knowledge of PepsiCo sites (i.e. ordering, 10X, PMP, PaymentNet). Oracle System T&E System.
Additional comments: This is a full-time position. Ability/flexibility to work overtime during crunch periods (reasonable notice provided in advance). Some travel may be required. This position is located in Norwood, MA ; no relocation provided.
