Administrative Assistant/Sales & Marketing

Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork

•Provide administrative and clerical support;
•Process correspondence including memos, reports and proposals with high degree of accuracy and timeliness; copy and distribute correspondence appropriately; maintain accurate files and records
•Produce reports, graph and charts
•Responsible for bi-weekly commission reports for Sales
•Representatives including researching add-ons and charge back sales
•Operate office equipment including fax and copy machine;
•Troubleshoot for minor repair and maintenance
•Maintain calendar and appointment scheduling for assigned manager
•Sort and distribute incoming mail
•Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
•Coordinate Cross Channel Promotion schedule with Comcast Spotlight
•Employee Communication of all promotions via campaign updates, programmer brochures etc.
•Provide monthly accurate system information to Tribune Media, TV Data, Nielsen, etc.
• Reports (Update / Distribution of)
1.PPV/VOD Monthly
2.Daily Subscriber
3.Weekly Subscriber
4.Monthly Sales

•Process monthly PAL file for PPV movie services (confirm event pricing, confirm title and show Ids etc. )
•Process Weekly VOD programming info from TVN and CCOR for building events in CSG
•Compile and distribute Monthly Cable in the Classroom kits for local schools.
•Coordinate School Special events i.e. Career Days, Truck days etc..
REQUIREMENTS
•Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
•Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
•Ability to reach with hands and arms, to bend, to talk and hear, and to read and use a computer
•Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
•Ability to type with speed and accuracy
•Ability to use 10-key adding machine
•Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
•Ability to use, handle, and manipulate objects such as paper, pencils, keyboards, and mouse
•Ability to work independently
•Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
•Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment: computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler
•Knowledge of basic mathematics
•Knowledge of cable television products and services
•Knowledge of general office procedures
•Vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus for prolonged periods of time
•Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment: computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler
