Position Summary:
Provide administrative support for sales department.Major Duties:

Candidates must be proficient with CSG, Access, Excel, and Word. Able to build and maintain formulas & data tables.

Maintain Sales Budget accounting process, including form preparation and figure reconciliation.

Organize and maintain Sales Department metric files.

Coordinate calendar of events and scheduling of appointments, acting as central POC for Programmers and Area Marketing Teams.

Monitor, track and report monthly all area sales efforts including connect ratios, area and product penetration and channel analysis

Act as a liaison for generating all sales related Cable Data and CSG reports

Handle network/customer contacts and follow through with appropriate staff for resolution.

Screen telephone calls, visitors, letters, and answer routine questions and furnish information in a professional manner.

Coordinate calendar of events and scheduling of appointments.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries, complete with accommodations.

Coordinate and schedule internal meetings; gather and prepare necessary materials and/or equipment for meetings and presentations.

Maintain travel and expense account records, including form preparation and figure reconciliation.

Organize and maintain files.

Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.

Ability to work overtime as needed.Qualifications

Candidates must be proficient with CSG, Excel, Word, Access, and have excellent customer service skills.

Must have one to two years of experience in an administrative role.
