Manage calendar, correspondence in Microsoft Outlook, answer phones, and receive visitors
Organize meetings and conference calls including arranging space/catering for larger meetings
Manage distribution email and voicemail distribution lists
Make travel arrangements through firm travel agency
o Must have extensive experience supporting executives with heavy travel that includes an
understanding of the details such as upgrades, frequent flyer programs, firm policies, cancellation and rebook policies, international policies, etc
Prepare and revise itineraries
Handle weekly T&E reports and submissions (input, copy, send, etc.)
Update and report from CRM system
Facilitate eRoom activity and update information as needed
Prepare and generate invoices for Client billing
