Administrative Assistant/Receptionist and Scheduler

QUALIFICATIONS for the ideal candidate will be:

customer service/phone experience.
Professional, friendly phone demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Strong work ethic with team player attitude.
Excellent communication skills/outgoing personality.
Strong attention to detail.

Working hours are M-F, 8 am – 5 pm.
Minimum of two years work experience in a prior support or administrative position.
Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of MS Office Products, Self motivated, with strong organizational, time management and work prioritizing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and function as an integral part of a team. We are looking for a professional individual who enjoys helping people and providing a high level of customer service.
