Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
Duties include the following:
1.DAILY ACCOUNTING
·Know the status of all current jobs, including contracts, bids, purchase orders, billings, and required safety training.
·Maintain an appropriate filing system. Keep track of all expenses incurred including travel, meals, accommodations, entertaining, training, subcontracts, job supplies, etc., and assign to appropriate projects; also document as required by IRS.
·Assist in purchasing and project scheduling.
·Expedite purchases as required.
·Know the status and location of all personnel.
·Make travel and accommodations arrangements as needed.
·Provide reports and information to corporate staff as required.
2.MARKETING
·Assist in design and purchasing of marketing supplies, including apparel, calendars, brochures, and other media.
·Provide needed support for trade shows.
3.CUSTOMER SERVICE
·Answer questions for customers and other employees on the status of fountain projects.
·Help answer incoming phone calls as required.
4.ASSIST ACCOUNTING MANAGER
·Perform any and all duties as may be assigned by the Accounting Manager.
5.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

·Administrative Assistants are responsible for becoming as proficient and knowledgeable as possible in all products being offered. This is achieved through educational opportunities provided by the company and through self-study on behalf of the employee.
·Administrative Assistants are expected to be part of the team effort within the entire corporation. Help others where help is needed. Maintain open lines of communication with all other employees. Treat all others as being equally important to the success of the company and be mindful of their procedures and workloads during all of your activities. Help maintain an organized and clean working environment. Follow completely all defined procedures and required paperwork. Accomplish any other tasks as may be assigned.

Three to five years of experience in a related field and an Associates degree in business and/or marketing are required. Applicants should also possess basic computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.
