Administrative Assistant – Marketing, Account Management and Acc

This administrative assistant provides support to associates within these groups. Performs extensive administrative duties that involve a high degree of initiative and responsibility.



Responsibilities

· Prepare documents

· Maintain spreadsheets

· Create presentations

· Prepare deliverables (production, assembly, mailings, etc.)

· Format and prepare reports

· Support team of 7-10 associates in total

· Miscellaneous duties include mail, faxing, copying, phones, scheduling meetings

· Assist with special projects as needed



Current Specific Responsibilities

Customer list distribution to suppliers, travel arrangements, expense reports, time sheet administration, meeting coordination and administration, direct mail administration, invoice/account payable processing and tracking against budget, library maintenance (literature, marketing materials, give away items, etc.), INF processing, eRM (company data system) data maintenance and specification management, Town Hall set up and logistics, myAvendra (company specific) reference guide generation and administration, and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
Role Requirements

Minimum typing speed of 45-50 wpm. Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Excellent writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Excellent organizational skills. Able to demonstrate confidentiality.

Years of Relevant Experience

Minimum of three to five years of prior administrative experience



Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
